Asja
As the director of Kinderhaus, Asja oversees all daily activities. Her interests focus on intercultural exchange, language acquisition and cozy togetherness. After completing bachelor's degree at the pedagogical university in Vienna, she was a middle school teacher for more than a decade. Apart from pedagogical skills, Asja is a certified life coach and knows how to apply that knowledge to adults, as well as children. Our director is dedicated to fostering an atmosphere of fair environment where carefree and happy work is possible, according to the motto, "Happy Teacher, Happy Kids". In addition, Asja finds well-being of everyone in Kinderhaus extremely important.
Šejla
Šejla is our group leader and the soul of our younger group, responsible for creating a delightful daily routine in our Kinderhaus. Hailing from Hamburg, Germany, Šejla completed her German studies in Sarajevo. With a wealth of experience gained from years as an educator in a Montessori kindergarten and extensive Montessori training, she brings a deep well of pedagogical expertise to our Montessori education program.
With a warmth that children adore, Šejla enriches young minds with fresh ideas and knowledge daily. Her calm and balanced manner ensures each child feels secure and cherished, while her aim is to provide personalized attention, encouraging conversation, play, and the love of reading. Šejla is every child's best friend and a cornerstone of our Kinderhaus family. We're incredibly fortunate to have her as our team's guiding star.
Elma
Meet Elma, the heart of our younger group. With her bright and nurturing spirit, she effortlessly connects with the children in our native Bosnian language, making each day a delightful journey of discovery. Elma's dedication to her role as an educator shines through, as she is not just a caretaker, but a pedagogue by profession. Her genuine love for her work is infectious, and the children are lucky to have her as their guiding star. Elma, you make our Kinderhaus feel like home!
Elma & Šejla
Šejla and Elma, the dynamic duo on our second floor, are the heart and soul of our younger group. These two wonderful educators create a harmonious and loving environment for our little ones, making the Kinderhaus feel like a second home.
Šejla's warm and nurturing nature provides a secure and caring space for the children to flourish. She brings her unique touch to each interaction, making learning a joyful adventure.
Elma, a dedicated pedagogue, infuses her expertise into every aspect of our program. Her boundless enthusiasm and love for teaching in Bosnian bring a sense of home to our preschool.
Together, Šejla and Elma form an unbeatable team, ensuring that our youngest learners are not only nurtured but also provided with a solid educational foundation. We're grateful to have them as the heart and soul of our Kinderhaus family.
Anja
Anja is our yoga and German teacher who infuses enthusiasm and joy into every corner of the Kinderhaus. Raised in Frankfurt, she not only studied German in Sarajevo but also embarked on various yoga training courses. Her expertise extends beyond teaching, as she has valuable experience in child-rearing through her work in a German-speaking school. Anja's boundless compassion shines through as she readily provides comforting words and warm hugs to our little ones. We're fortunate to have her on our team, where her innovative ideas and nurturing nature elevate our educational activities.
Emira
Emira, our remarkable preschool teacher, is on a mission to make learning an exciting adventure. With a passion for English and Montessori, she wholeheartedly embraces the world of children. Her winning formula? A touch of warmth, a dash of curiosity, and a heaping helping of enthusiasm to ignite the imaginations of our little ones. In addition, she's the maestro of our English activities. We're truly fortunate to have her on our team!

Fetija
Fetija is our Kinderhaus chef. She is responsible for ensuring that children are provided with delicious and healthy food every day. She makes sure that the food she prepares is balanced and low in fat. Animal products are rarely used in Fetija`s kitchen. Moreover, she is all eyes and ears when it comes to our children and their wishes are her command.
